Key Responsibilities

  • •Form squads with Forward Deployed Engineers and OE/local IT or global vertical stakeholders to execute each engagement.
  • •Shape and execute OE demand by making AI Factory capability visible, matching reusable building blocks to pain points, and turning them into funded engagements.
  • •Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle, transferring patterns, framings, and lessons between engagements.
  • •Cut scope where it does not earn its place, validate assumptions fast, and adjust course as work unfolds.
  • •Own build-to-run handover and OE relationship after go-live, preparing structured communications and decision papers for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in business, management, technology, or related field.
  • •Experience steering delivery or programmes in a larger organization and strong organizational/context knowledge.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, business framing, and roadmap-shaping skills with the ability to prepare executive decision materials.
  • •Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or another regulated environment.
  • •English fluency (written and spoken) and familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms.
