Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive new business growth and maintain a pipeline of prospects across the UK DC pensions practice
  • •Own and direct large client projects from inception through delivery while ensuring high quality outcomes
  • •Lead relationships with clients (large to mid-market) and collaborate with other Aon solution lines
  • •Coordinate cross-office collaboration to service clients across UK locations and contribute to thought leadership
  • •Mentor and develop junior colleagues, sharing DC expertise and best practices

Key Requirements

  • •Previously worked in a DC pension environment either in an investment or non-investment capacity
  • •Track record in leading client relationships and prospecting for new business
  • •Experience and comfort leading client pitches and high‑impact projects
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to advise Trustee Boards and senior company leaders
  • •FCA or CFA approved status desired; able to develop and coach junior colleagues with good time management and organisation skills
