Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Build and scale agentic AI foundations inside the Unity engine, enabling goal-directed behavior, task planning, environment-aware decision-making, and reusable agent frameworks. Develop and integrate ML models within real-time engine constraints to optimize for latency, compute, and determinism. Lead initiatives such as hierarchical reinforcement learning, AI planning for NPCs, and agent memory/world modeling, while mentoring engineers and researchers and driving ML/AI safety best practices.
