Key Responsibilities

  • •Comprehensively manage the operational area, including production of identity documents, the Printing Department, and the Studio.
  • •Ensure production plans are delivered to customer expectations for timeliness, quality, and delivery volume.
  • •Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and minimize costs.
  • •Implement and develop continuous improvement standards (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TQM, and others).
  • •Lead teams and ensure compliance with health and safety (BHP), safety standards, environmental systems, and organizational requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher technical education; preferred master’s degree in engineering (Magister Inżynier).
  • •Multi-year experience managing multi-department production and optimizing production processes.
  • •Experience with modern production/quality management systems such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TQM, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
  • •Ability to build and develop teams, delegate effectively, manage risk, and keep the organization focused on goals.
  • •Fluent communication in Polish and English, spoken and written.
