Head of Risk UK

Senior risk leader for Capital.com's UK entity, owning and evolving the UK risk framework, oversight of outsourced risk services, and regulatory risk management under FCA expectations. You’ll coordinate ICARA/ICAAP, MIFIDPRU, and Consumer Duty alignment, deliver risk MI to UK boards, manage 2nd line challenge, and liaison with the FCA while balancing Group risk delivery with local UK requirements.
