Lead all aspects of a Truist branch, driving performance through coaching and people management while executing business development and revenue growth. Build Small Business and Mass Affluent client relationships through face-to-face appointments and outbound prospecting, and strengthen the Truist brand through community involvement. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, ethics, and required team training in partnership with IRM and Operations.
