Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end thermal solutions from server to data center, including air- and liquid-cooled servers and integrated rack solutions.
  • •Innovate power-saving solutions for increasingly dense IT deployments.
  • •Optimize cost, energy efficiency, and performance across server, rack, and row scales.
  • •Collaborate with external partners to create differentiated thermal solutions.
  • •Communicate complex thermal system concepts clearly to customers, colleagues, and upper management.

Salary: GBP 130,900 - 169,400

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of related professional experience (or equivalent experience).
  • •Advanced working knowledge of thermal technologies, including fans, heat sinks, cold plates, pumps, CRAH/heat-rejection equipment.
  • •Working knowledge of data center power distribution from server to data hall.
  • •Ability to mentor others and elevate team practices, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional investigations and presenting recommendations, with strong verbal and written communication.
