Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze financial data and performance metrics, build financial models, and monitor KPIs and operational metrics against targets.
  • •Lead monthly forecasts and plant profit plans with recommendations to plant management.
  • •Provide decision support by identifying financial risks, analyzing operating strategy implications, and partnering with operations on action plans.
  • •Manage operational costs and deploy cost-saving programs while maintaining quality and improving profitability.
  • •Oversee inventory control actions and ensure accurate cost accounting and compliance with GAAP and local statutory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
  • •5-8 years of varied accounting/finance experience, with 2-3 years leading people.
  • •2 years of data analytics experience (preferred).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • •Solid working knowledge of GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and local statutory requirements.
