Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks to reduce manual regression effort and improve test coverage.
  • •Lead performance, scalability, and load testing initiatives to identify bottlenecks early using established tools and custom scripts.
  • •Integrate functional and performance test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable, continuous deployments.
  • •Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize test case generation, draft performance scripts, and support defect root-cause analysis.
  • •Define QA strategies, governance models, and quality metrics, and collaborate with product managers and developers to align quality standards with business requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •12 to 18 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, testing, and test architecture in product or financial services environments.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python, Pytest, BDD (Behave), and API/Web test automation using Selenium.
  • •Experience building and executing load tests using JMeter and Locust (including custom Python performance testing scripts).
  • •Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, GitLab) and familiarity with AWS or GCP.
  • •Knowledge of SWIFT GPI and demonstrated experience leading QA teams and setting up testing functions from scratch.
