Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as company spokesperson and primary media contact.
  • •Develop and manage reactive and proactive media response strategies, including messaging, Q&As, briefing documents, and holding statements.
  • •Monitor external media visibility and use data-driven insights and reporting (monthly/quarterly) to inform corporate communications planning.
  • •Create stakeholder and community engagement strategies and advise U.S. site and project leadership to drive meaningful engagement.
  • •Execute the corporate crisis communication playbook and manage media content dissemination, including press release distribution and coordination with communications peers.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of communications or public relations experience, preferably in a B2B, publicly traded multinational company.
  • •7+ years in media relations leadership with international media experience, including community and government relations.
  • •3+ years of people management experience, including coaching, corporate performance reviews, and career pathing.
  • •Proven experience in issues and crisis communications.
  • •Strong understanding of AP style and Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a similar field (Master’s a plus).
