Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive transformation of supply chain planning capabilities, including technology vision, strategy, and living multi-year roadmaps.
  • •Own architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of planning platforms used by operations.
  • •Ensure strong data governance and master data integrity across planning and supply chain systems and processes.
  • •Interpret large datasets to uncover trends and enable data-driven decisions aligned with operational reality and strategic goals.
  • •Lead stakeholder collaboration and change management to align supply chain decisions with financial operating plans and drive user adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience delivering end-to-end advanced supply chain planning solutions (demand forecasting, enterprise supply planning, capacity planning, factory start plans, order scheduling, and inventory optimization) in the manufacturing industry.
  • •Strong understanding of architectural concepts and fundamentals of good software system design.
  • •Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and facilitate change management/user adoption.
