Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 7x24x365 fleet monitoring, reporting, and response to events and alarms, including incident management (impact definition, escalation, troubleshooting, and resolution).
  • •Partner with the Services Technical Support team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across EquipmentShare and customer owned fleets.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Warranty, Procurement, Software Engineering, Service Technicians, Service Managers) to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • •Monitor service maintenance intervals, create work orders, and schedule service and PM service kits.
  • •Handle branch and customer queries via chat/email/phone, manage ticket backlog and follow-ups, and ensure SLO/SLA and KPI performance.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of remote monitoring/management center experience, preferably in heavy equipment, truck, or diesel engine industries.
  • •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Sciences, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field with direct customer support experience.
  • •Strong technical expertise in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industries.
  • •Ability to work a 7x24 environment with rotating shifts and potential on-call schedule.
  • •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
