Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial leaders, translating strategy and performance into executable plans and actionable insights.
  • •Build trusted partnerships with SVP-level stakeholders and provide independent financial advice and constructive challenge.
  • •Support long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and develop/evaluate business cases by challenging assumptions, dependencies, and execution risk.
  • •Deliver insight that connects strategic ambition, operational execution, and financial outcomes, identifying opportunities and performance risks.
  • •Lead, prioritise, and develop a small team; simplify and improve finance processes, tools, and ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in commercial finance, strategic finance, financial planning, business partnering, or a comparable role.
  • •Proven track record advising and influencing senior leaders in a complex, international or matrix organization.
  • •Experience assessing opportunities across commercial, operational, and financial dimensions, including strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • •Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complexity into executive-level insight.
  • •Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business (or comparable); professional qualification or relevant postgraduate degree required.
