Job Summary

Work with Aon’s Life Sciences Practice to broker and place Clinical Trials, Products Liability, Errors & Omissions, and Excess Liability insurance. Market new and renewal business end-to-end—from selecting markets through policy delivery—while negotiating on behalf of clients. Build relationships with insurance underwriters and Aon teams, analyze exposures, create renewal and coverage proposals, and help execute complex placements across a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Broker/place Clinical Trials, Products Liability, Errors & Omissions Liability, and Excess Liability policies for new and renewal business.
•Handle placements end-to-end, from initial market selection through policy delivery to clients.
•Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients and prospects and ensure timely, correct placements.
•Develop relationships with key insurance underwriters and Aon local office teams; analyze prospect and client exposures.
•Create renewal strategies and coverage proposals and coordinate internally to meet customer needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15+ years of insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience.
•Proven client-facing skills, including effective presentations and communications.
•Effective working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes.
•Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to independently manage a dynamic book of clients.
•Must maintain appropriate Broker’s and Surplus Lines licenses; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
