Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full responsibility as Design Manager for general planning.
  • •Coordinate and control all disciplines and trades across an interdisiplinary scope.
  • •Monitor and ensure compliance with construction costs, schedules, and contract deliverables.
  • •Lead project teams and oversee work quality, typically with cross-office or international teams (including remote work).
  • •Proactively manage decision-making and collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction contractors; acquire projects including preparing and negotiating proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •20+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in LPH 3–4 and an additional 6 years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering projects of varying size and complexity in Germany and, if possible, internationally.
  • •Experience leading a planning team and managing projects.
  • •Knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements, plus interest in digital building processes and planning methods.
