Job Summary

Source, screen, and engage frontline retail candidates at scale to support high-volume hiring for Majid Al Futtaim’s Carrefour and Supeco brands. Build frontline talent pipelines based on store demand, seasonal peaks, and attrition forecasts, and assist with mass hiring, new store openings, and urgent operational needs. Use SAP SuccessFactors and Phenom to manage applicant data and track sourcing activity while delivering a positive candidate experience at batch/open days.

Key Responsibilities

•Source and identify frontline candidates using high-volume retail-appropriate channels including store QR codes, walk-ins, job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and local partnerships.
•Build and maintain pipelines of frontline talent aligned with store demand, seasonal peaks, and attrition forecasts.
•Support mass hiring initiatives, new store openings, and urgent operational requirements.
•Screen frontline applicants against defined operational, behavioral, and cultural criteria.
•Use SAP SuccessFactors and related sourcing tools to manage applicant data, track sourcing activity, and build frontline talent pools; coordinate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and the Frontline Sourcing team.

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, or HR Operations within retail or other high-volume hiring environments.
•Hands-on experience screening and managing large volumes of frontline applicants.
•Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems, with SAP SuccessFactors / Phenom preferred.
•Comfortable engaging candidates in person at stores, batch days, and community events.
