Support health, safety, and environmental performance for the Stall Mill at the Snow Lake operation by helping meet ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Deliver required training (e.g., confined space, lockout, hot work, fall protection, WHMIS), assist with risk-based safe work plans and procedures, conduct workplace inspections, coach employees, and investigate incidents using Intelex. Maintain safety equipment and support committees.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to the Stall Mill to meet ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
•Provide required training (orientations, confined space, lock out, hot work, fall protection, WHMIS) and support the Mill Trainer.
•Assist in developing safe work plans and safe work procedures using a risk assessment tool.
•Conduct workplace inspections to ensure safe work plans are followed, permits are completed properly, and workers understand policies and procedures.
•Coach employees on policies and safe work procedures; address safety concerns and ensure issues are brought to management.

•Support incident/accident investigations and serve as an Intelex Effectiveness reviewer.
