Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing readiness for remote AC racks, equipment racks, MF AC boxes, and FI/mainframe controls; develop, implement, and release new product BOMs and validate OMS.
  • •Run 3D virtual analysis (MLO/DMU), support design reviews, and provide DFA/DFD variants/ITO feedback to improve cost, quality, and cycle time.
  • •Document issues and perform root-cause corrective analysis (RCCA); lead disposition and resolution requiring long-term corrective action (LTCA).
  • •Support engineering builds, managed builds, qualification, Form-Fit-Function validation, and system-level integration checks; troubleshoot line-down/system-level issues in real time.
  • •Enable technicians with system configuration/software imaging/validation; manage change-management alignment across configurations (ECO/NSR/ESW/SPS/CCB) and own transition to volume or contract manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong electro-mechanical engineering/NPME background supporting NPI, system integration, manufacturing readiness, and floor support.
  • •Deep knowledge of controls and mechanical systems, including electrical schematics, interconnects, and cable assemblies.
  • •Experience creating and releasing product BOMs and managing operation method sheets (OMS) for medium complex modules.
  • •Ability to perform 3D solid model virtual analysis (MLO and DMU) and participate in design reviews with DFA/DFD variants and operational efficiency input.
  • •Experience with value analysis (VA) of schematics/cables/components/BOM and working with global teams and contract manufacturers.
