Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Contracts Management across Business Line projects and ensure process compliance across portfolios.
  • •Manage multiple Contracts Management deliveries at the large EPC/EPCI level and support Contracts Management and claims success for allocated contracts.
  • •Provide information to executive Management, Functional VPs, and Area Management to support operational decision-making.
  • •Negotiate contracts with customers/clients and coordinate workloads and resources with Contracts leadership.
  • •Own and lead implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with McDermott policies and ensure timely mandatory training completion for self and teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, legal, Commercial, or Quantity Surveying) and 10 years of Contracts Management experience plus at least 5 years of management experience.
  • •Proven Contracts Management experience in the Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation (EPC/EPCI) industry, including Energy Transition, onshore/offshore, subsea, or FPSO/FPU and floating facilities.
  • •In-depth knowledge of EPC/EPCI project lifecycles across design, procurement, construction, and installation phases.
  • •Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze complex contract requirements to identify potential risks.
  • •Proficiency using contract management software and the MS Office Suite, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
