Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of Dialpad partner technical enablement, including hands-on workshops, Agentic AI bootcamps, certifications, and global summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ. Build lab environments and lab guides, maintain playbooks and Docebo LMS certification content, and lead Lunch & Learn roadshows. Partner with Channel Sales/SE, PSO, and Product to translate the roadmap into partner-ready training and measure event-to-pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
•Coordinate workshop staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
•Build and maintain lab environments, lab guides, and technical playbooks across product families.
•Manage technical LMS content in Docebo, including Capstone grading and certification validation.
•Instrument event-to-pipeline attribution and report training effectiveness and ROI to leadership.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
•Hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms.
•Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
•Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.
•Excellent project management skills to run a multi-city event calendar and own outcomes.
