Job Summary

Lead land referencing, land access, and land acquisition activities for major infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. Deliver land rights, engage landowners and stakeholders, manage statutory processes, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to secure timely, compliant outcomes for high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Secure land rights for major infrastructure projects across multiple sectors and regions.
•Liaise with landowners, land agents, planning authorities, and other stakeholders to secure access and approvals (DCOs, CPOs, etc.).
•Identify land interests, assess risks, and coordinate land referencing, acquisition, and access activities.
•Advise clients and manage relationships to deliver on project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Contribute to bid/tender processes and share knowledge across regions to support project delivery.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•A degree in Geography, Land/Estate Management, Agriculture or similar
•Experience delivering land referencing, land acquisition, land access, and formal consents for infrastructure projects
•Knowledge of relevant land-related legislation and statutory processes (e.g., powers, orders, consents)
•Strong communication, negotiating, and stakeholder engagement skills with landowners and authorities
•Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland as required
