Progress through the ToolingU maintenance training program, build skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and learn basic PLC diagnostics. Support continuous improvement, 5S, safety, and reliability efforts.

•Independently troubleshoot and repair routine equipment breakdowns with minimal supervision.
•Perform preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance activities to maintain production uptime.
•Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner, responding promptly to equipment failures.
•Support equipment installations, modifications, and improvements, and communicate repair status and corrective actions.
•Progress through maintenance training and expand proficiency across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including basic PLC diagnostics.
