Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of global clients within the Credit Solutions Global Clients team, ensuring high-quality service and strategic support.
•Coordinate with clients, insurers, and colleagues to handle day-to-day policy administration, market submissions, renewals, and client meetings.
•Identify opportunities for new business and collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
•Oversee credit limit processes, follow-ups, and feedback to clients; assist with non-payment notifications and claims processing as needed.
•Provide training and guidance on policy terms and conditions to clients to ensure clarity and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing global client relationships in trade credit or related Credit Solutions environments.
•Strong ability to gather and analyse client requirements to prepare market submissions, and to follow up with insurers for coverage indications, terms, and renewal reports.
•Track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to meet or exceed targets within a team setting.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate IT systems/platforms; highly organized with strong time-management skills.
•Self-motivated, proactive, with initiative and collaborative approach to working across a global network.
