Lead and review engineering designs for roads and highways to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with approved standards. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in preparing and reviewing TORs and advisory service agreements aligned with the organization’s design and contracting standards.
•Support strategic coordination with external entities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Public Works, and developers) to align project infrastructure objectives.
•Review engineering designs for roads and highways to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with approved standards.
•Coordinate between consultants and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and resolve design issues.
•Monitor project progress and consultant performance, ensuring outputs meet quality standards and specified timelines, and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering.
•At least 8 years’ experience in road/highway construction and project management.
•Strong ability to review and validate road and highway engineering designs against approved standards.
•Experience coordinating with external stakeholders and managing design workstreams to support project execution.
•Ability to prepare technical reports, correspondence, and presentations for senior management.

Education:Master's in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering
