Advise enterprise customers as a geospatial and AEC subject matter expert, building relationships on an account team and leading technical meetings that drive revenue. •Craft and propose GIS-driven solutions that clarify business value and align Esri technology to customer needs.
•Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences; provide configuration guidance and best practices for conferences and executive engagements.
•Troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture, and coach team members on best practices.

•3+ years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries.

•Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design.
•Ability to troubleshoot client issues for Esri application deployment and system architecture.
