Job Summary

Own growth for TikTok Shop merchants in the electronics category by acquiring and incubating brands and major merchants. Build and maintain merchant relationships, negotiate and secure deals aligned to campaigns and seasonality, and identify new collaboration opportunities for merchants’ short- and long-term plans. Improve customer experience through seller service quality, including lowering cancellations/returns and optimizing shipping-related performance to increase conversion.

•Proficient in Excel and PPT.
•Proficient in English and Thai, with Mandarin proficiency to communicate with sellers and brands from China.
•Team-oriented, fast learner, open to change, with structured thinking and data-driven logic.
