Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Real Estate Steering Committee governance forum for senior-leader approval of strategic physical investments.
  • •Support execution of the multi-year branch and café renovation program across design, construction, and real estate partners.
  • •Develop and manage retail bank physical infrastructure capital plans, including budgeting, variance tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Partner with strategy, delivery, risk, and compliance teams to define decision-making controls, risk frameworks, and business continuity plans.
  • •Enable AI and workflow improvements by integrating productivity and AI-driven automation into existing program workflows while maintaining risk controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of Project Management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in capital budget management, risk, or program governance.
  • •Ability to manage key controls, risk frameworks, and business continuity plans.
  • •Experience integrating productivity and AI-driven automation tools into program workflows.
