Job Summary

Support 300mm semiconductor wafer processing by resolving hardware and process issues and improving fab-wide integration outcomes. Partner with customers and Applied’s Field Service organization to meet CSA performance KPIs and service agreement entitlements. Use data-driven troubleshooting methods (e.g., DoEs, FDC, analytics) to identify opportunities, and collaborate with service and product development teams to develop and transfer service products, based onsite in County Kildare.

•Resolve hardware and process issues using systematic troubleshooting methods (DoEs, FDC, analytics).

•Coordinate with customers and local service teams to meet service agreement performance indicators/entitlements.

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable.
•7–10 years of experience in semiconductors.

•Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
