Senior Manager, Early Career Talent Management (Shanghai, SH, CN)

Develop and execute the market early careers strategy to attract, develop, and retain the next generation of adidas leaders. Own program standards, governance, and continuous improvement for the Early Career Program, including onboarding/induction, learning curriculum design, engagement and retention, and participant governance. Lead position planning and competitor analysis, manage university relationships and on-campus recruitment events, align talent strategy with business and diversity goals, and partner with People Analytics on key metrics.
