Job Summary

Proactive DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes-based platforms for distributed HPC/cloud-native environments. You’ll work with an international R&D team to enable cloud-native workloads and HPC integrations (Kubernetes–Slurm), implement GitOps, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure platform reliability, observability, and performance across multi-cluster environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes-based platforms, including cluster lifecycle management in distributed and multi-cluster environments.
•Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows for platform and application delivery.
•Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to support cloud-native workloads and HPC integrations (e.g. Kubernetes–Slurm environments).
•Ensure platform reliability, performance, and observability through monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting.
•Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous improvement of engineering workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
•2+ years of experience building and operating cloud-native platforms, preferably in Kubernetes-based environments.
•Strong experience with Kubernetes administration and ecosystem, including cluster lifecycle management, workload scheduling, networking, and storage.
•Experience operating multi-cluster Kubernetes environments using tools such as Rancher, Fleet, OpenShift, or similar platforms.
•Experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, or Fleet for infrastructure and application delivery.
