Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the MXT project by implementing workstation MaxOut to improve throughput, reduce cycle time (CT), and control WIP balance for each block.
  • •Coordinate with relevant departments to run production management activities supporting stable shipout according to plan.
  • •Improve lot scheduling by adjusting MAS (Manufacturing Automation System) parameters and execute rapid conversion flow initiatives to secure capacity and reduce verification time.
  • •Implement and standardize BKM (Best Known Method), conduct capacity analysis using capacity models, identify bottleneck processes, and develop improvement actions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-fab teams (e.g., MCT/Sister Fab) for continuous improvement and provide training/assistance to shift team members during deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience conducting production capacity analysis using capacity models (availability loss/operation loss/rate loss) and applying improvement plans.
  • •Hands-on experience with MAS (Manufacturing Automation System) used for scheduling optimization and lot scheduling improvements.
  • •Ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, including production/control-related teams and global teams.
  • •Ability to analyze problems and propose/implement solutions, including project promotion and management.
  • •Written and oral communication skills in English (TOEIC > 600) and Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2; business-level).
