Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer understanding and discovery (interviews, data analysis, usability testing) and translate insights into clear problems and hypotheses.
  • •Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking; analyze competitors and trends to inform product decisions.
  • •Use AI to accelerate research, PRDs, analysis, and prototyping and build pipelines for discovery and insights.
  • •Define roadmap aligned with business goals and prioritize based on impact, value, and effort; own delivery from idea to launch and iteration.
  • •Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to create clear PRDs and reduce friction across teams.
