Response Engineer - PhishGuard

Monitor and investigate email-borne cyber threats for PhishGuard within the INTERDICT threat operations organization. Conduct real-time review of automated alerts, run proactive threat hunts, and quarantine or retract verified malicious emails. Feed insights back to Detection Engineering to improve machine-learning models, while correlating telemetry and behavioral indicators to produce threat dossiers. Provide crisis intervention to customers for high-dollar BEC and insider-risk scenarios, including onboarding and DMARC implementation support.
