Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the implementation of health and safety programs and continuously improve them across Dubai Healthcare City.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and investigate incidents to reduce operational health and safety risks.
  • •Support internal evaluations, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO and OSHA standards and Dubai government requirements.
  • •Review and develop health and safety operational procedures, tools, and practices to improve safety and productivity.
  • •Support emergency and disaster preparedness, including evacuation drills, and maintain health and safety documentation and accident reporting with periodic performance reports and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • •Up to 3 years of professional experience in health and safety or a related field, including fresh graduates.
  • •Experience supporting health and safety risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • •Familiarity with health and safety internal evaluations, audits, and inspections for compliance.
  • •Ability to support emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills.
