Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery and tailored solution scoping for practice partners.
  • •Design and deliver custom product demonstrations to address specific firm workflow challenges.
  • •Guide new practice partners through cloud implementation, workflow mapping, and early adoption upskilling.
  • •Provide expert technical support during sales cycles to overcome operational roadblocks and objections.
  • •Share market insights internally and co-design tailored technical strategies with internal product and engineering teams.
