Job Summary

Senior, hands-on Principal Application Support Consultant to join the Wrocław team, supporting EMEA and UK customers on the Unit4 ERP platform. You’ll manage complex support cases and escalations, mentor colleagues, deliver training, and contribute to continuous improvement while gaining exposure to Unit4 ERP and ERPx through rotation.

•Take ownership of escalation management, ensuring timely and effective resolution
