Support the Food & Beverage operation by preparing food and assisting with basic cooking under a senior chef’s supervision. Maintain high hygiene standards while preparing ingredients, measuring portions accurately, and portioning dishes to the required quality and presentation levels. Handle deliveries, stock rotation, workstation restocking, cleanliness, and kitchen food-safety and HACCP procedures, including temperature checks and proper food labeling/dating.
