Job Summary

Own and validate end-to-end supply network plans to optimize product availability across regions. Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and operational priorities, and drive cost and service improvements through continuous, data-driven optimization. Triage and resolve complex supply planning issues and manage disruptions by root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Analyze supply/capacity/performance data, build contingency plans, and present insights and risks to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry practices.

Salary: USD 98,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience validating supply network plans, optimizing product availability, resolving planning issues, and managing disruptions end-to-end.
•Strong project management experience to handle multiple concurrent supply issues.
•Capacity planning and scenario planning/analysis skills with core network/supply chain planning capabilities.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent; Master’s preferred (may replace 1 year of experience).
•Ability to work across international time zones in a global, cross-functional environment.
