Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the Natural Resources growth plan prioritizing growth of core businesses and drive and support execution of growth priorities, and work with the leadership team to deliver results
•Lead on the consistent execution of Global Standards; Growth Planning, Articulating Value, Client Feedback, Bid and Pursuit, and Client Outreach
•Partner with Natural Resources Leader and Regional Leadership teams to develop plans, budgets, and targets for in-year and multi-year performance
•Prepare and deliver QBRs with finance to drive the annual growth planning cycle and deploy guidelines across sub-regions
•Lead the team in managing and winning RFPs (offensive and defensive) and align with Marketing to drive industry-aligned client needs

•Natural Resources Insurance knowledge within a brokerage/carrier or equivalent experience
•10+ years proven leadership experience in the Natural Resources industry
•Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial reporting skills

•Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities, with focus on long-term partnerships
