Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and document process and interface requirements between Guidewire and other Zurich systems across the P&C value chain.
  • •Create integration specifications such as API definitions, data flows, and mappings to enable implementation by development teams.
  • •Partner with product owners, solution architects, development teams, and domain experts to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
  • •Translate integration requirements into implementable user stories and support the team during implementation, integration tests, and go-live.
  • •Coordinate integration requirements across systems, teams, and business areas as the central point of contact for integration topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree (e.g., business informatics, computer science, or business administration) or equivalent qualification.
  • •Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in an agile environment.
  • •Experience analyzing and specifying system integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, event-based architectures, message queues, and data flow/mapping work.
  • •Proven experience in the insurance domain, ideally with Guidewire systems such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Jutro Digital Platform, or Integration Gateway.
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual skills with structured working style and the ability to communicate technical topics appropriately.
