Key Responsibilities

  • •Own IP/subsystem/SoC DV end-to-end from spec definition through post-silicon verification, including resolving customer issues as needed.
  • •Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing verification team across IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.
  • •Lead verification strategy, methodology, infrastructure, and execution plans across multiple SoC programs, including regression traceability and signoff metrics.
  • •Drive IP/SS/SoC verification for functional and firmware scenarios across RTL/PARTL and GLS/PAGLS modes.
  • •Own DV environment development (TB development/enhancements, checkers and coverage monitor definitions, and DV flow updates) and provide SoC DV signoff using regressions, coverage, and DV-to-spec traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of DV experience across IP/SS/SoC and post-silicon DV with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE/ECE/CS (or related).
  • •Strong people management skills, including leading DV projects and enabling first-pass silicon success with cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience with C-based SoC design verification (DV), firmware verification exposure, and scripting knowledge (Perl/Python) for DV.
  • •Deep understanding of UVM/SystemVerilog and verification flows, including Specman and GLS/PAGLS verification approaches.
  • •Experience with verification coverage for functional and firmware scenarios plus post-silicon verification using DV to spec traceability (ISO26262).
