Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve manufacturing process and product design problems using investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
  • •Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve operations.
  • •Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls to optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
  • •Maintain manufacturing standards and documentation (machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times).
  • •Develop, validate, and document manufacturing processes for laser cutting and CNC-related systems, and partner with on-site EHS for OSHA-compliant equipment safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to accurately assess manufacturing issues related to process and design.
  • •Process Automation and AutoCAD or similar design software experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with CNC systems and laser cutting systems; troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
  • •Degree preferred in Engineering or related technical disciplines; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
