Job Summary

Develop and optimize Dow eBusiness digital solutions, focusing on end-to-end functional and technical requirements analysis, automation, reliability, and data-driven improvement. Work with multidisciplinary IT teams to design and implement solutions using modern mobile, web, desktop, and cloud technologies. Manage EDI and OCR partner onboarding, oversee development and hypercare, troubleshoot integrations, ensure standards compliance, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders like EDI partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and map business and functional requirements to understand key business drivers.
•Document detailed designs and oversee solution development, optimization, implementation, and adoption.
•Manage onboarding of EDI and OCR partners, acting as a liaison between IT, business units, and external partners.
•Validate data accuracy post-implementation, manage hypercare support, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure compliance with standards.
•Identify and implement automation by building, testing, and implementing solutions; communicate status, metrics, risks, and issues timely, and support issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline preferred).
•Experience with electronic document interchange (EDI), including P2X and IDOC processing, mapping, and XML; preferably ANSI EDI standards.
•Experience with SAP (ECC) and related work process knowledge.
•Experience coordinating with external vendors and stakeholders such as warehouses, 3PLs, customers, and carriers.
•Fluent English communication (verbal and written) and strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
