Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide CFD technical expertise to execute modeling for new applications and burner product line expansion.
  • •Own analyzing CFD results, drawing conclusions, and suggesting improvements.
  • •Work with R&D and Application Engineering teams to model applications and improve new burner technology development time by reducing iterative testing and field trials.
  • •Generate technical reports, documentation, and progress reporting for CFD modeling results.
  • •Support x-SBG initiatives including structural and thermal analysis as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of overall work experience with CFD modeling software.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical/Industrial preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of engineering, thermal, and combustion principles.
  • •Ability to read drawings and schematics and translate them into CFD matrix models.
  • •Hands-on experience with Ansys Workbench, Fluent, CFX, and STARCCM+ simulation.
