Key Responsibilities

  • •Design comprehensive learning paths for sales, support, admins, and developers.
  • •Translate technical details from Product Owners and SMEs into simple, universal business language using instructional frameworks.
  • •Produce multimedia learning assets, including interactive modules, quick-reference guides, infographics, and video tutorials with simulations.
  • •Build hands-on practice exercises and quizzes in training environments to reinforce user knowledge.
  • •Audit and maintain the content library, update for Salesforce releases, and manage the LMS/enablement platform to track completion metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical content creation experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry clouds).
  • •Master e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Vyond.
  • •Strong familiarity with Salesforce user interfaces (Lightning Experience) and standard operational workflows.
  • •Write clear, concise, jargon-free technical documentation and create professional slides, diagrams, and formatting layouts.
  • •Apply instructional frameworks (e.g., ADDIE or SAM) and manage multiple content delivery deadlines.
