Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business operations for the China license entity, including customers KYC/onboarding, transactions processing, payments review and approval, transactions audit, and daily reconciliation.
  • •Improve operations efficiency and SLA by working with product teams to optimize product and business processing flows for better customer experience.
  • •Define and build operational solutions and flows, including establishing operational frameworks and guidelines for managed operations.
  • •Own KYC strategy for China customers, driving performance, quality, training initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
  • •Oversee operational procedures and documentation, drive deployment of projects (flows and systems), manage risk controls as Line of Defense process owner, and develop the ops team.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of payment business operations experience in China, including cross-border payments, domestic payments, and banking.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Deep understanding of Chinese payment and cross-border payment systems, regulatory compliance, AML, and industry best practices.
  • •Experience leading PSP RMB/FX cross-border payment products and businesses, including cross-border ecommerce scenarios and flows.
