Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform the MSP/VMS platform into an operational program with governance frameworks, SOPs, and accountability structures.
  • •Manage the approved supplier network for Monument (MSP) and Beeline (VMS), including onboarding and offboarding within rate and compliance frameworks.
  • •Partner with Legal and Accounting to operationalize worker classification and tenure management policies that are SOX audit-ready.
  • •Drive organizational adoption through communications, training, and enablement materials so compliant engagement of external labor is frictionless.
  • •Own the program roadmap beyond launch, including international expansion via a centralized EOR, platform enhancements, and improved spend reportability.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience in program management, operations, or workforce management, building programs from scratch in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • •Experience managing vendor or supplier relationships in a staffing, MSP, or VMS context.
  • •Strong process development skills to design operating models, not just execute tasks.
  • •Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders.
