Job Summary

Serve as the primary hands-on IT operations and support point for users across CAVH’s multi-site locations. Own day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID access management, and support collaboration tools. Help maintain network, firewall, VPN, switching, and endpoint security, while managing Freshservice tickets through resolution and handling onboarding/offboarding. Over time, build workflow automations using Power Automate, PowerShell, and integrations, including AI-assistant initiatives to streamline internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support across all CAVH locations, handling hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues.
•Manage Freshservice tickets end to end, meeting SLAs and keeping users informed through resolution.
•Handle onboarding and offboarding including account provisioning, device setup, and access changes.
•Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant day to day, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and user/license management.
•Help maintain network infrastructure and security across sites, including firewalls, managed switches, VLANs, VPN/remote access, and endpoint protection.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience in a business environment.
•Solid working experience administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user/license management.
•Experience with a helpdesk or ITSM ticketing system; Freshservice experience is a strong plus.
•Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and managed switches.
•Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and access management.
