Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support customer experience through product education, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Assist in multiple store areas including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and collaborate with Store Management to improve key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
