Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert for complex multi-currency loan transactions, including funding events, repayments, interest payments, restructures, and amendments.
  • •Coordinate and resolve FX syndicated loan settlement operational issues with internal teams, agent banks, and external counterparties to ensure accurate, timely execution.
  • •Review and validate FX rate application, currency conversions, settlement instructions, and funding calculations for syndicated and bilateral foreign currency loan activity.
  • •Investigate and resolve exceptions impacting multi-currency loan settlements, including payment failures, funding discrepancies, account instruction problems, and currency processing breaks.
  • •Serve as a primary escalation point for complex FX operational issues, client inquiries, trade exceptions, and process concerns, while monitoring queues and driving corrective actions and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •3 years of related experience in Foreign Exchange Operations or Capital Markets Operations.
  • •Ability to act as a subject matter expert for complex multi-currency loan transactions and related funding, repayments, interest, restructures, and amendments.
  • •Experience reviewing and validating FX rate application, currency conversions, settlement instructions, and funding calculations.
  • •Experience investigating and resolving operational exceptions (e.g., payment failures, funding discrepancies, account instruction issues) and supporting escalations and client inquiries.
